Refund policy
💕RETURNS
Please read the return policy at the top of the page under announcements. You may return your item for store credit or exchange, WITHIN 14 days of receipt. This is 14 days total, not business days. The following are non returnable: leggings, camis, jewelry, gift items, pre orders, sale items and holiday items. If item has tags, all tags must be on item and intact. Item cannot have stains, tears, perfume, smoke smell or any type of evidence of being worn. Otherwise item will be returned to you at your expense. 💕
💕 Pre order items are final sale. Item can be exchanged for a different size if item is available in that size. No store credit given on pre order items.
💕PURCHASED HOLDS
When you make a purchase and want to pickup, please pickup in a reasonable time frame. I am limited on space to hold items.
Items not picked up within 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE will become property of Truly Blessed Boutique and not refunded. I will make EVERY effort to contact you before this happens.
💕 STORE CREDIT
Store credit will be given on items returned within the 14 day policy. Store credit must be used within 60 days, HOWEVER it is your responsibility to let me know you have a credit before I invoice you. Credits not used within 60 days will expire and no refunds will be given.
Truly Blessed Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our store. If you would like insurance on your package in case lost/stolen please notify the store when purchasing so we change your shipping to priority on your invoice. If package is sent first class there is no insurance and Truly Blessed Boutique is not responsible if lost/stolen.
